Pricing
Rota Done costs £19 per venue per month, or £190 per venue per year — equivalent to two months free. The price is flat per venue, not per staff member.
Annual billing
Switching to annual billing saves the equivalent of two months — £190 per year instead of £228. You can switch using the toggle on the pricing page.
What is included
Every feature is included at the flat rate — automatic scheduling, labour cost tracking, multi-week rotas, staff mobile view, publish history, absences, and attendance. There are no add-ons and nothing held back for a higher tier.
Multiple venues
Each venue is billed separately at £19/month. If you manage three or more venues and want to discuss a group rate, email support@rotadone.co.uk.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Account Settings. On a monthly plan, access continues until the end of the current billing period. On an annual plan, you keep access for the remaining months already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.
