What the trial includes
The 30-day free trial gives you full access to every feature in Rota Done — no locked features, no card required. You can add staff, build rotas, solve, publish, and invite your team during the trial.
When the trial ends
At the end of your trial, you will be prompted to choose a billing plan to continue. If you do not subscribe, your account is deactivated — your data stays on file for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it is deleted. You are never charged without your permission.

If you need more time to evaluate, get in touch at support@rotadone.co.uk. We are happy to extend trials for venues that are actively testing the product.
